"For the grace of God that brings salvation
has appeared to all men."
(TITUS 2:11)

Titus 2:11-14
Have you ever stood and looked across a landscape so beautiful you fell silent with awe? I felt that way standing on a cliff in Cornwall, England overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. How could I ever describe the vivid colors surrounding me? How could I describe to family back home the scent of the ocean breeze in the cool May air?
Those moments move us to worship God who made it all.

Titus 2:11 is like that. How can we take in the full vista of God’s grace towards us as revealed in Christ? He comes with healing in His wings. He is Immanuel, God with us, the long-awaited Promised One who would bring salvation for
His people.

Paul continues describing the beauty of the Gospel landscape to Titus. God changes us. He puts in us the desire to give up our sin and live godly lives. He fills us with hopeful longing for the Day of our King’s triumphant return. We look to the moment when time will be no more, when we will be with the saints from all the ages, the “purified possession” (see v. 14) Jesus made for Himself.
